2 Sundays prior to Pledge Sunday

The Annual Partners in Charity Appeal supports 29 vital programs which comprise the charitable, educational and ministerial mission of our diocese. Your gift to the appeal this year will provide assistance for the poor, the sick, the young, the old, the disabled, families in crisis, and many thousands more. Our appeal is an opportunity to provide for the needs of others who look to us for hope. Please reflect on the blessings you have received from God as you contemplate a pledged gift to the Partners in Charity Appeal on Pledge Sunday, just two weeks from now. Blessed John XXIII, pray for us.

1 Sunday prior to Pledge Sunday

Pledge Sunday for the Annual Partners in Charity Appeal - in our parish - will take place next Sunday. At all parish Masses, we will have an opportunity to provide for the charitable, educational and ministerial mission of the Catholic Church throughout the diocese by making a pledged gift in the in-pew solicitation. In doing so, we will unite our diocesan family and become partners in charity and partners with Christ. Though the diocese has a goal, and our parish has chosen one as well, the most important goal is that every family join in providing for the charitable works of the Church. Please pray to Blessed John XXIII, our patron, for our well-being and success.

Prior to Mass on Pledge Sunday

Today is Pledge Sunday for the Annual Partners in Charity Appeal in our parish. During the Mass we will have an opportunity to make a pledged gift to this vital annual appeal - a life-line of hope for thousands throughout our diocesan family. Your gift, which enables us to bless many people in Worcester County will make a major difference in the lives of many who look to us for hope. Please continue to pray to Blessed John XXIII, the patron of our appeal, that we may be inspired by his special love for families, the poor and the needy.

Sunday following Pledge Sunday

Last weekend many of our parishioners were able to make their pledged gift to the Annual Partners in Charity Appeal. Thus far, our parish family has raised $----- toward our parish goal of $-----. Many have still not had the opportunity to make their gift but we hope you will do so, by making a gift today. Pledge envelopes are available in each pew, as are golf pencils. Once completed, please place them in the collection basket.

We are still in need of your participation in the Annual Partners in Charity Appeal . Please prayerfully consider making a pledged gift to this year’s appeal. A gift in any amount will be received with gratitude. For your convenience, pledge envelopes are available in the vestibule of the church.
